Our magnificent beef meatballs are available in a choice of different varieties that have all been carefully sourced from the world’s most renowned beef producers. Made from 100% pure halal, double-ground beef, all our beef meatballs are naturally low in fat and high in flavour. Choose from Black Angus Australian meatballs with a lean to fat ratio of 80/20, New Zealand grass-fed meatballs with a lean to fat ratio of 90/10, Australian Wagyu meatballs with a lean to fat ratio of 70/30 and A5 Saroma Japanese Wagyu meatballs with a lean to fat ratio of 60/40. All four varieties are ideal for pasta dishes, stews and other delicious recipes, and each brings its own distinctive and very special flavour. For instance, our A5 Saroma meatballs are sourced from authentic Japanese Wagyu cattle raised in the picturesque region of Saroma on the island of Hokkaido, Japan, and their tender texture and irresistible taste is truly one of a kind.
