Pekin duck gizzards are sourced from our local family farms. They are great when fried, roasted or braised, as a snack or meal accompaniment.
Try them with mushroom wine sauce, or on a salad, deep fried or as gizzard confit, or stuffed into pies.
Our free-roaming ducks are humanely raised on family farms and fed an antibiotic and hormone free diet of corn and soybeans.
